Delivery is dependent on length of rental. D Max Rentals is responsible for regular maintenace and repairs. If you break anything outside regular wear and tear, you are responsible for the full cost to fix the machine.

You can purchase additional insurance for 100% coverage.

  1. Immediate Contact: Please contact us immediately in the event of a forklift malfunction.

  2. Detailed Description of Issue: Please provide a detailed description of the problem, such as, unusual noises, warning lights, or specific circumstances leading up to the malfunction. Clear communication helps diagnose the issue more efficiently.

  3. Troubleshooting Assistance: If the issue seems minor and can potentially be resolved on-site, our support team may provide troubleshooting assistance over the phone. This could involve guiding the operator through basic checks or procedures.

  4. On-Site Inspection: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our maintenance team will dispatch technicians to the rental location for an on-site inspection. The technicians will assess the forklift, identify the problem, and determine the best course of action for repairs.

  5. Repair Authorization: Once the issue is identified, you will be informed of the necessary repairs and associated costs. Before proceeding with any repairs.

  6. Timely Repairs: Our maintenance team will promptly carry out the approved repairs. Our goal is to minimize downtime and ensure that the forklift is returned to operational status as quickly as possible.

  7. Replacement Equipment (if applicable): In cases where the forklift requires extensive repairs or if the downtime is prolonged, we may provide a replacement forklift to ensure that your operations can continue smoothly.

  8. Regular Updates: Throughout the repair process, our support team will provide regular updates. Communication is key to keeping you informed about the status of the repairs and any additional information that may be relevant.

  9. Post-Repair Inspection: After the repairs are completed, a thorough inspection of the forklift will be conducted to ensure that all issues have been addressed and that the equipment is in optimal working condition.

No training. We run you thru a demo upon machine delivery.

Drivers license and credit card iformation.

Prepay then monthly with debit and/or credit card.

We deliver and pick up the machine. Cost varies depending on length of rental.
